pleasant stay with minor drawbacks
spacious room hotel location separate bathroom hanging curtain
i found the room quite spacious and clean. i also thought the hotel location was great.. a nice walk into the centre with pubs along the way.
the shower in my room was not in a separate bathroom it was at the doorway. the curtain was hanging off in my room too.

a gem of a stay
perfect location lovely staff
I found the location perfect. It met all my needs beautifully. the staff are lovely and genuinely care for their guests, wanting to help in every way possible. i also found the cooked vegetarian breakfast delicious each day, a lovely start to my mornings.
Parking proved a bit tricky during the weekend. The hotel was full, and nearby streets required permits.

The room had good furniture. Bedside tables and bedside lights added a nice touch. i liked the fairly firm, comfortable mattress with nice linen. ensuite facilities consisted of a shower, toilet, and sink. All were functional.

I found all the staff pleasant and helpful. They were pretty good. the staff are lovely and cannot do enough for the guests. Every request felt valued. i experienced a warm, cute atmosphere .

The hotel was a short walk to the esplanade and south shore beach. This was very convenient. bus stops were close by, and there were plenty of shops and cafes around that area, very accessible. its location made exploring easy!

friendly staff nice food good size room
the staff were friendly. the food in the restaurant tasted very nice. the room was a good size and had tea and coffee facilities, though they were topped up daily.
it was difficult to see where to check in, there was no obvious reception.
